"Probate Court is a special kind of court. It doesn’t exist only to resolve disputes, but to be responsive to people in some of the most stressful times of their lives: the death of a loved one; the sudden incapacity of a spouse; the mental illness of a family member.”

Judge Ken Fulp

I extend my heartfelt thanks to all my friends and supporters who made my election victory possible. A special thanks to the love of my life, my wife Janice, for her constant love and support during this process. It is the greatest honor of my professional life to serve as Beaufort County’s Probate Judge and I cherish the opportunity to do so. Thanks be to God!
